We understand that commercial projects require careful planning, clear communication and scheduling that helps minimize disruption to normal operations.
Painting St. Augustine Properties for Florida Conditions
Experienced St. Augustine painters understand how Florida’s climate can affect painted and coated surfaces.
Strong UV exposure, heat, humidity, frequent rain and coastal moisture can contribute to fading and deterioration of exterior finishes over time.
Long-lasting results begin before the finish coat is applied. Our team evaluates the condition of existing surfaces, completes appropriate preparation and recommends professional paint or coating products based on the surface, exposure and needs of the property.
This attention to preparation is especially important for exterior homes, outdoor concrete and other surfaces continually exposed to Florida weather.
Recent St. Augustine Commercial Concrete Coating Project
First Class Painting & Gator Coating has completed commercial concrete coating work for a restaurant property in St. Augustine.
For this project, the existing concrete floor was professionally prepared and coated to create a durable, attractive finished surface designed for a high-use commercial environment.
Projects like this demonstrate the same approach we bring to every painting and coating project: thorough preparation, professional application and a finished surface designed around how the property is actually used.
